Associate Attorney Senior Litigation Attorney

Locations: West Palm Beach, Stuart, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Gifford, & Miami  

Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 base (depending on experience) + bonus potential; attorneys with a book of business may earn $200,000-$300,000+

We are seeking a seasoned litigator to join our dynamic litigation team. This is a unique opportunity handling a variety of complex cases in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Practice Focus

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Board certification in Construction Law, Business Litigation, or Civil Trial, or a strong focus in Probate Litigation or Construction Litigation
• A book of business preferred
• Experience managing 30+ active matters for different clients
• Comfort with client contact and building strong relationships

What You Will Do

• Handle a wide range of litigation matters - not repetitive slip-and-fall or roof leak cases, but diverse, challenging disputes
• Participate in daily litigation department stand-up meetings (via Zoom or in person) and monthly in-person team sessions
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas, leveraging internal referrals and expert resources
• Focus on lawyering - not the distractions of solo practice administration
