At Directive Consulting, were a performance marketing agency specializing in working with SaaS and tech companies. Weve developed a unique marketing methodology called Customer Generation, which prioritizes generating SQLs and customers over traditional metrics such as MQLs. Our comprehensive range of services includes Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative & Design, Video, Revenue Operations, and Strategyall designed to help our clients reach their SQL targets consistently.

Overview

Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention, and their performance is reflected in our P&L.

Role And Responsibilities

• Goal Setting: Directly responsible for setting goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices: Ensure that each client follows best practices across all channels and mediums. In particular:
  
  
  • LTV:CAC modeling
  • Customer Generation
  • Share of SERP
  • Functional Content
  
  
  
• Breakdown Barriers: Understand the critical moments of approval and support your strategist in earning a yes. Ensure roadblocks are discussed in every 1x1 conversation with strategists and an action plan is established to remove barriers to success.
• Accountability: Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting. Leadership, not management, is required.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year (total across pod for H1)

???? We have a set living wage at Directive; the annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is $100,000 - $135,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility. Work Environment Requirements

We are a remote?first company, offering the option to work from anywhere in the US. You will collaborate online via Zoom and Slack, operate a laptop, and maintain reliable internet and a professional background.
