Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are directed to the correct shuttle and provided an ETA as needed.
• Respond to questions related to services.
• Monitor the status of the site and report any safety or performance issues.
• Enforce rider policies and procedures.
• Troubleshoot or communicate shuttle issues in real time.
• Support passengers during irregular operations with directions and timing updates.
• Additional duties and responsibilities may apply.

Shift

We are looking someone to work the morning shift at this time: 6:45am - 10:45am

Ability to work Monday-Friday excluding observed holidays.

Onsite in the greater Seattle, WA area.
