Description:
• The Dental Assistant role involves supporting dental care delivery by preparing treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials.
• This full-time position is located in Jackson Heights, NY, and requires working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
• The role demands proficiency in dental procedures and patient management.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
• Basic CPR (BLS) Certification
• Experience in hospital or community health center preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Hindi, Bangla, Urdu)
• Knowledge of Medical/Dental Software preferred
• Excellent customer service skills required

Qualifications:
• One (1) year of clinical dental assisting experience preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos
• Ability to communicate dental procedures and terminology effectively
• Proficient in basic arithmetic operations
• Reasoning ability to carry out instructions in various forms
• Engaged in learning and continuous quality improvement
• Responsive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
