UNITS Moving & Portable Storage of Phoenix is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Fleet Mechanic to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will not only be responsible for maintaining our fleet but will also support various operations, including warehouse management, sales, and delivering portable storage containers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fleet Maintenance & Repairs : Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, ensuring all vehicles are in safe, working condition.
• Warehouse Management : Oversee the upkeep of our storage facility, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and efficient storage of portable containers.
• Maintenance Work : Conduct basic maintenance repairs and cleaning on portable storage containers as needed.
• Sales & Customer Service : Assist with sales inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Delivery & Pickup : Safely transport portable storage containers to and from residential and commercial locations throughout the Metro Phoenix area.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in both warehouse operations and customer service.
• Comfortable with hands-on mechanical work and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust to varying workloads based on operational needs.
