Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Inside Sales Representative to join our Japanese food manufacturing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing a career in sales, business development, and customer engagement within the food industry.

Location: Redmond, WA

Wage:$20-$23.5

Working Hour: M-F Flextime 8 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

No Japanese language skill required. Interest in Japanese food welcome!

I. Sales Promotion & Support

• Lead Generation & Strategy: Follow up on inbound/outbound leads, identify market trends, and develop tailored sales strategies based on customer budgets and needs.
• Client Relationship Management: Conduct product presentations and maintain frequent contact with existing and potential customers to drive growth.
• Inquiry Handling: Act as the first point of contact for online retail and wholesale inquiries, professionally resolving complaints in coordination with marketing.
• Operational Support: Assist outside sales representatives by qualifying leads, maintaining CRM data, and preparing detailed sales reports.

II. Other Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Seek efficient, cost-effective ways to improve workflows and execute special projects as assigned.
• Communication & Compliance: Maintain high ethical standards, adhere to company policies, and ensure transparent communication with management regarding irregular issues.
• Team & Workplace Maintenance: Support cross-departmental needs and maintain a clean, safe, and productive working environment.

* Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience..
* Software includes the use of Windows operating system, MS Office and other as needed..
