Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
Optional Saturdays and Swing Shifts 3:00 pm-1:30 am
Starting at $17+/hr. DOE + $3/hr. swing shift differential

📍 McMinnville | Locally Owned Lumber Mill


We're looking for hardworking team members to join a stable, family-run lumber mill that values determination, integrity, and going the extra mile. With long-tenured owners, supervisors, and crew, this is a place where employees stick around, grow, and earn promotions from within .

Current Openings:

• 1 Skilled Puller Assistants - swing shift available, $17 - $20/DOE ($3 shift differential for swing)
• Some forklift/equipment experience preferred
• Lumber experience preferred
• Established work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• 1 Experienced Loader/Unloader, day shift - $20 - $25/DOE
  • Experience working in the lumber industry (sawmill, remanufacturer, etc.) would qualify for the higher end of this wage range - $23 - $25
• Forklift experience required
• Lumber experience preferred
• 1 Inside Shipping Clerk - day shift 6am - 2:30pm, starting at $19/DOE
• 2 Resaw General Labor - swing shift, starting at $17/hr. + $3 differential
• 1 Senior HR Generalist, $70K - $85K/annual
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
• Fully onsite position

What to Expect

• Hands-on, active work in a mill environment.
• Exposure to outdoor elements (weather, dust, heat).
• Work around large machinery with safety always a priority.
• Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and operating forklifts.
• Requires good coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork.
