Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various massage techniques and a genuine passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness. As a Massage Therapist at our chiropractic office, you will work closely with our chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
Perform therapeutic massages tailored to each patient's specific needs and preferences.
Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide recommendations for at-home self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and patient confidentiality.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as needed.
Requirements:
Valid state license or certification as a Massage Therapist.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a chiropractic or healthcare environment.
Proficiency in various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in massage therapy.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
