Job Description

Office Assistant

SalesBizLab is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and supportive tasks that help facilitate our daily operations.

Pay Range: $19.50 - $31.00 hourly

Location: Miami, FL

This will be an on-site job.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing phone calls and messages
  • Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records in a systematic manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Welcoming visitors and clients, providing them with necessary information
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
